At OESLO, we are committed to delivering our scarves and accessories safely, efficiently, and reliably to customers around the world.
Shipping Origin
Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in China to ensure the best pricing and product availability.

- This is not a return address.
- For any return requests, please contact our customer support team first for instructions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Sunday.
During peak shopping seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing time may occasionally require an additional 1 business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Global shipping takes 7–14 business days, plus 1 business day for order processing.
- The total estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping charges unless otherwise stated on a specific product page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, if applicable.
OESLO does not control and cannot predict these charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through our Order Tracking page.
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after the package has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
OESLO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipment, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost during transit, OESLO will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- Sending a replacement item, or
- Issuing a full refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include reshipping the item or issuing a refund.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections
- International transportation disruptions
- Severe weather conditions
- Local courier delays
