Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may have already been processed or prepared for shipment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days, and estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

8. Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or refusal to accept the shipment, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs and handling fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We may offer reshipment upon request, subject to additional shipping charges.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. OESLO does not control or collect these fees.
